What did you do in your previous work?
1. 총무, 비서분야
In my previous work, my mai responsibility was to provide administration support to every team member in the organization. I set up team meeting and ordered the office supplies. I was also require to do the stationery monitoring and ordering on a monthly basis. I like what I've done. I would like to take on more responsibilities and to progress up the career ladder to become a good manager.
2. 매장관리, 영업분야
My main task was to ensure that we meet and exceed the sales targets set by the head office. I spent most of my time at the store. Motivating the team was another important aspect of my role. I also oversaw the administrative side and did some paperwork.
3. 호텔 및 서비스 관련분야
I oversaw every aspect of the hotel's business to ensure that guests enjoy their stay and will want to return. Actually I was involved in so many aspects of the hotel, including financial reviews, interviews and health and safety issues. Sometimes, I needed to make a short speech for a conference and I made some time to meet with all VIP guests. It was very interesting and I like what I did.
* Would you summarize your working history briefly ?
I worked mainly on the export side. We have about twenty companies as main clients and I liaised with them. If, for example, they want something in Tawain by Friday, it is job to find best way to get it there. I have to take core of the delivery and make a special arrangement if it is necessary. I liked my job and it was very satisfying when things went well, and I encouraged clients to have the faith to rely on me for the whole process, from order to delivery. I maintained a good relationship with them and I believe that's the way to go.
* Describe an ideal working environment?
I think it's important to increase productivity and efficiency in a deverse range of environments. I excel in an environment that has good communication and great teamwork. Therefore under those circumstances. I can make the most of my abilities and that would be the ideal working environment.
