But I have a strong belief that if I work very hard I can be successful. I do not give in my destiny and I always try to fight with it. That is the principle in my life. * How do you define success? What does success mean to you? For me, success has multiple meanings. I know the traditional definition of success would be having a lot of money, status and power. But when it comes to money, if I won the lotto and were now a hundred million dollar winner, can I consider myself a success? I don't think so. I think success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal. What I am adding in myself every day and if I am experiencing growth and development in the field that I am in, I can say I am successful. * What does the teamwork mean to you? I think teamwork is about how you deep the team together, how you back them and get them to believe in each other. For example, I am in the soccer club and whenever we play the game I realize how important the teamwork is. If there is something wrong with the play, it's not just one person? fault. We all need to help each other out. When the players in a team learn to enjoy each others' successes, it makes a huge difference to everything. I believe that atmosphere can be a vital element for success.
